My name is Alexandria Rising — and ever since I can remember, I've been moved by the idea of using creativity to add beauty to the world. As an Egyptian-Canadian artist, I carry two worlds in my hands: the ancient and the present, the sacred and the everyday.

I believe art is the most powerful tool for healing and connection. Whether the work lives on canvas in your home or on your skin as a second layer of armour — I hope it leads you back to yourself.
