The original artwork is a self-portrait, drawn with Prismacolor pencils — a slow, intimate process that allowed me to sit with myself and explore the many perspectives of self. Creating it became a meditation: noticing every contour, honouring every perfectly flawed detail, and meeting my physical form with tenderness. It’s become one of my favourite self-love practices.
My hope is that “Be Your Own Muse” inspires you to see yourself with that same softness — to appreciate what makes you uniquely you — and to enjoy this piece as much as I loved bringing it to life.
